What Knowledge is Assumed

This requires you to finish off head pins with a nice loop. If you need to know how to do this see "finishing head & eye pins" for details.

What Tools Are Required

• Flush cutters;
• Chain nosed pliers (2 pairs will make life easier);
• Round nosed pliers.

What Supplies are Needed

For the Ear rings you will need:-

• 2 X gold filled ear hoops with 3 rings (available in my store);
• 2 X Swarovski 8mm round glass pearls in Maroon;
• 4 X Swarovski 6mm round glass pearls in Maroon;
• 8 X Swarovski 4mm round glass pearls in Maroon;
• 8 X Swarovski 4mm crystal AB bicones;
• 6 X gold filled head pins (available in my store).

Tips

• With your head pins don't have too much room for the bead to move - it looks better with less movement.

Instructions for the Ear Rings

1. Place a 4mm pearl bead on a head pin and finish off with a nice loop.
2. Add this drop to the first ring on the hoop ear ring (the front of the ear ring).
3. On a head pin place 1 X 6mm pearl bead + 1 X 4mm crystal bicone + 1 X 4mm pearl bead. Finish the head pin off with a nice loop.
4. Add this drop to the second ring on the hoop ear ring.
5. On a head pin place 1 X 8mm pearl bead + 1 X 4mm crystal bicone + 1 X 6mm pearl bead + 1 X 4mm crystal bicone + 1 X 4mm pearl bead + 1 X 4mm crystal bicone + 1 X 4mm pearl bead. Finish the head pin off with a nice loop.
6. Add this drop to the last ring on the hoop ear ring.
7. Repeat steps 1 to 6 to make the second ear ring.
8. The ear rings are now all finished!
