We are now on Facebook
Some people love it, others hate it, but for me it is an easy way for customers to showcase their work. I would love to see some of the beautiful things you make and Facebook allows me to do this. You can upload your own photos and comment on them. You can even see other peoples work. I will post updates about what is happening too. So have a look and see what you think :-)
Secure payment with PayPal
You will notice that I accept payment through PayPal or Direct Deposit. If you are paying with PayPal, you do not have to have a PayPal account. Go through the checkout process, click on PayPal as the payment method and you will be taken to the PayPal site for payment; use the link on the right of the screen "Don't Have a PayPal Account" if you are not a member. If you are a member, just enter your email address and password to log in to your PayPal account.
PayPal allows you to pay via credit card, debit card or PayPal Balance.
If paying via PayPal, you will be taken to the PayPal site. All information requested and processed here is via PayPal and I do not receive any of this information. After you have paid for the order, PayPal send me an email to say that you have paid and I can then finish processing your order.
Using PayPal for payment, keeps my costs down and provides a secure payment facility via the Internet. It also means you know that we are legitimate and have been validated by PayPal as well!
Paying by Direct Deposit
Due to customer demand, we now offer payment via Direct Deposit. To pay via Direct deposit, during Checkout click on the Direct Deposit method of payment. Your order will be completed and you will receive an email detailing the necessary bank details so you may proceed with your bank deposit. Please be aware that I will not be shipping any orders until the funds clear and this may take up to 5 business days depending on your banks (it is usually the next though). Once payment has been received, I will ship your order as per normal. To help make sure that I know the funds are yours, please use your order number in the description (sometimes called reference) field of your transfer.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued in accordance with state laws. However NO refund is available on wire cut to size - all sales are final. All postage and return costs are non-refundable (the buyers expense). Any refunds issued will be via PayPal (the original payment method).

New Copper Colours Have Just Arrived
Okay these new colours are great. There is Lime Green, Orange and Purple available in enamelled coloured copper wire. A full range of sizes from 12ga down to 30ga is available, so have some fun and add a bright glossy colour to your next project :-)
Direct Deposit Now Accepted
A number of customers have requested payment via an alternative to credit and debit cards. So we are now offering Direct Deposit as an alternative method of payment.
