Australian Residents

I only send via Australia Post. To keep things simple, I use padded envelopes, Australia Post prepaid satchels, Express Post satchels, Express Post Platinum satchels and Registered Post. So when you checkout you can select standard postage, registered, express or platinum - the choice is yours. 

Once your item is posted, I will not be held responsible for lost parcels. If you would like a way of tracking your order - once posted - please pay the extra for Express Post Platinum postage which are trackable, insured and requires a signature on delivery.  This is the only form of shipping that is tracked from the moment it is posted (I hand in to the post office) to delivery.  Please do not rely on Express Post for tracking as I have had instances where it has not been scanned into the system and lost.

International Orders

I do not send overseas at present.  Australian delivery only.

Minimum Order Requirements

There is a $30 minimum order plus postage.  This allows me to keep my prices low and still offer discounts!

Handling Fees

Nope, I don't charge these :-)
