Face Mask Wire

Due to the Covid-19 and the lockdowns I have been asked by many people which wire to use for the nose piece in a home made face mask.

The aluminium flat wire is what most people are using.  It is available in 2 sizes and the choice is really yours.  Both wires will work.  They are soft enough to form a shape with your fingers, and to hold that shape.

They are available in 5mm wide X 1mm thick or 4mm wide X 1.2mm thick.

The wire can be washed and as it is anodised, the colour has no impact on the use of the wire and it will not bleed.

If you prefer to use a round wire, then aluminium is still the metal to use.  I would suggest a 16ga or 14ga if you prefer a little thicker.

I currently have stock coming in on a regular basis.  If you are in a hurry for your wire, please pay for Express Post as it is the quickest method of shipping currently available.
