Refunds will be issued per state laws.

NO refund is available on special orders - all sales are final.

Returned products must be in their original packaging, unused and resaleable to qualify for a full refund.  All postage and return costs are non-refundable (at the buyer’s expense). Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the products.

Refunds issued will be via the original payment method.

Change of Mind

If you find the product you ordered is not what you need or have changed your mind, just let us know. We are happy to exchange or issue a voucher for returned items in their original unused condition and packaging. 

Please be aware that vouchers/refunds will be issued once we receive the goods and will be via the original payment method. Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense for a change of mind.

Wrong Products Received

Occasionally, mistakes are made. If you have received the wrong product, please let us know immediately.  We will be happy to send you the correct product at no cost. We may ask you to return the incorrect product at our expense.

Faulty Products

If you have received a faulty product, please let us know immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly. Sometimes, we may ask you to return the defective product to us at our expense.
