Shipping is automatically calculated. Just add items to your cart, and the shipping cost will recalculate.

No Pickup Allowed.   All orders must be shipped. I do not have the necessary insurances or council permits required for pickup so please do not ask as the answer will always be "No pickups allowed". All orders must ship to a valid postal address. 

All orders will be sent via Australia Post. 

As at 1st October 2021 we are only sending orders via Express Post.  You can select the option to add a signature which insures your item.  Please see this link for more information.

Once shipping delays ease, we will resume standard post options which are as follows:

Standard Post padded envelopes (registered), Australia Post prepaid satchels, Express Post satchels and signature services. So when you checkout you can select standard postage, standard with signature, express or express with signature - the choice is yours. 

Once your item is shipped, please keep an eye on your tracking information. If you would like insurance for your order, please pay the extra for the signature delivery. The signature means that your package is scanned when received by your local postal service centre and will require a signature on delivery. It does not mean that it will be scanned at every point in the system. Therefore it is possible for your item to be posted and not scanned at all until received by your local postal service centre. 

Please be aware that if you request your order to be left (give authority to leave), once delivered your parcel is not covered by any insurance.

Can I add to my Order?

Yes.  As of 20th of October 2021 we are changing our process for combining orders. 

Due to too many customers selecting the "combine order" shipping option, when there is nothing to combine it with.

All orders now include a shipping charge.  If you place two orders, you will pay shipping on each order.   If we are able to combine multiple orders together, we will do so and refund/voucher any excess shipping fees.  Keep in mind that orders placed before 1pm will ship on that same business day.

To combine orders Both orders must be shipped to the same address.  

International Orders

Where do we ship? 

Currently we ship to New Zealand and Australian addresses only.  New Zealand shipping includes tracking.  Please note that Inspire With Wire is not responsible for any fees incurred through customs.  All customs fees/return shipping or any other fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

New Zealand customers do not pay GST. To view pricing without the GST (Australian Goods and Services Tax), you must create an account with a valid New Zealand address. Once you log in, the prices displayed will not include the GST.

Can I add to a New Zealand order?

No.  This is not available for New Zealand customers due to weight limits altering shipping costs.  You will need to place a second order and pay for shipping; we will manually combine your orders and issue a voucher for any excess shipping.
