Shipping Cost
The shipping cost is automatically calculated when you add products to your cart.
For Australian customers, the fastest shipping is $14.06, sent by Express Post (Australia Post) and delivered within three business days for most areas. You can add a signature to your delivery during Checkout. If you would like a slower delivery option, we have standard post options starting at $8.95, which will take about a week for delivery to QLD regional areas and interstate locations.
For New Zealand customers, the shipping cost varies according to the weight of your order. Select Standard or Express shipping when you check out, and the pricing will update accordingly. Prices start from $12.60.
Tracking
All orders have a tracking number. Please check your email for the link to view your tracking. The tracking number can also be found in your Online Account. Open the Order from the list shown, and the tracking number will be listed at the bottom of the page.
Authority to leave
If you would like your parcel left in a safe place, please add a comment to your order during checkout. It will be at your own risk if you choose to do so. You will not be compensated if an Authority to Leave the parcel is lost, damaged or stolen.
Wrong Address or Non-Collected Orders
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address being provided, you will be charged for re-delivery.
If your order is taken to the Post Office for collection, please ensure it is picked up within ten business days. If it's not collected within that time, it will be returned to us, and you will be charged for re-delivery.
New Zealand Orders
New Zealand customers do not pay GST. Create an account with a valid New Zealand address, and once you log in, the prices displayed will not include the GST (Australian Goods and Services Tax).
New Zealand Customs Fees
Inspire With Wire is not responsible for any fees incurred through customs. The customer is responsible for all customs, return shipping or other costs incurred.
Adding to an Order - Australian Customers
Yes, we will combine orders if possible.
Place a second order for your additional items. When checking out, comment that you would like to combine orders. Pay for the total order. We will combine your orders into the same satchel and refund the excess delivery charges.
Be aware that if shipping is an envelope and the items will not fit, they will be shipped together in a standard satchel, and only the difference in shipping charges will be refunded.
If it is impossible to combine your orders (the original order has left our premises), we will ship your second order as usual. There will be no shipping fee refund.
Adding to an Order - New Zealand Customers
This facility is not available. Due to shipping requirements for customs, we are unable to combine orders.
