You will notice that I accept payment through PayPal or Direct Deposit. If you are paying with PayPal, you do not have to have a PayPal account. Go through the checkout process, click on PayPal as the payment method and you will be taken to the PayPal site for payment; use the link on the right of the screen "Don't Have a PayPal Account" if you are not a member. If you are a member, just enter your email address and password to log in to your PayPal account.
PayPal allows you to pay via credit card, debit card or PayPal Balance.
If paying via PayPal, you will be taken to the PayPal site. All information requested and processed here is via PayPal and I do not receive any of this information. After you have paid for the order, PayPal send us an email to say that you have paid and I can then finish processing your order.
PayPal payments will appear on your credit/debit card statement as "PAYPAL INSPIREWIRE".
Using PayPal for payment, keeps my costs down and provides a secure payment facility via the Internet. It also means you know that we are legitimate and have been validated by PayPal as well!
Due to customer demand, we now offer payment via Direct Deposit. To pay via Direct deposit, during Checkout click on the Direct Deposit method of payment. Your order will be completed and you will receive an email detailing the necessary bank details so you may proceed with your bank deposit. Please be aware that I will not be shipping any orders until the funds clear. Once payment has been received, I will ship your order as per normal. To help make sure that I know the funds are yours, please use your order number in the description (sometimes called reference) field of your transfer.
You may also go into the bank and pay for your order over the counter. Just give the account details and the funds will be deposited directly, if you pay with cash there is no clearance required.
If you would like to Pay over the Phone instead of Direct Deposit, please just call us on 07-3495-8174 on business days and we can complete the payment for you.
Please be aware that your order will be cancelled if payment is not received within 2 business days after the order is placed and you have not given any indication that you have made the payment. This will release the stock currently being held for you.
Some customers do not like to enter their credit card details via the internet, so we are now able to accept your credit card details over the phone. This is part of the PayPal Here service. When you select this payment method you will receive a contact number to call to finalise your payment. We will need your Visa card or MasterCard details and will require you to give your card details over the phone. Once the payment has been processed you will receive an email as a receipt from PayPal detailing your transaction. Please note that we can process Visa, MasterCard and Amex as well as Debit cards.
Refunds will be issued in accordance with state laws. However NO refund is available on wire cut to size or special orders - all sales are final. All postage and return costs are non-refundable (the buyers expense). Any refunds issued will be via PayPal or the original payment method.
As of the 1st of May 2017 we are collecting GST for the Australian Tax Office. Invoices issued do have the amount of GST you paid and can be found in your account online. You can also reprint your invoice if required. Just go into your account and select the "Order History" button. Each order is listed and if you click on the + button it will display the option to print the PDF invoice for the order.
We are a retail business and so we do not accept any ABN numbers, thank you for understanding.
New Zealand customers are not charged GST. If you login to your account and have a New Zealand delivery address you will see all prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) with No GST (i.e. GST Excluded)
